BePromoInc is an e-commerce platform specializing in the sale of customizable promotional products for businesses in the Caribbean Islands, excluding the Dominican Republic. What sets us apart is our unique online platform, competitive pricing, exceptional customer service, and innovative use of CRM technology.
Our primary clients are businesses across the Caribbean Islands, ranging from large enterprises to smaller local businesses. We specialize in Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions, offering volume-based sales to meet the promotional needs of our clients.
Customers can log in to our website using their business credentials, select products from various categories, customize them in real-time using 3D images, upload their artwork, proceed with online payment, and send the products into production. Our platform allows for a seamless and interactive customization experience.
BePromoInc offers a diverse range of promotional products, including but not limited to technology and accessories, take away items, mugs, jugs, and thermos, office and business supplies, backpacks, writing instruments, bags, home décor, sports and adventure gear, gifts, pet products, sublimation items, t-shirts, hats, textiles, and more.

BePromo Inc. primarily uses air and sea shipping methods. The incoterm used is CFR.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
Air shipments take approximately 7-10 calendar days, while sea shipments may take around 35-45 days.
Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website or within our dashboard.
BePromo Inc. uses DHL, Amerijet, and other providers for ocean shipments.
There are no shipping restrictions for the products offered by BePromo Inc.
Refund Policy
